Longtime employees are essential to the success of every business. At the end of 2022, Rosewood Services recognized nine employees who celebrated milestone anniversaries with the organization. They represent a total of 90 years of service and experience at Rosewood.
Rosewood Services Ranch Manger Eric Hammond achieved 20 years of service. Celebrating anniversaries in Day Services Department were Melissa Andrulis and Teresa Wilson (15 years), along with Autumn Shepherd (10 years) and Amanda Immediato (5 years). Residential Department employees celebrating five-year anniversaries were Carol Arnel, Mary Hunter, and Susan Bowers. Aimee Bailey with Administration Department, was recognized for 10 years of service with Rosewood.
“Employee retention speaks to the health and success of our organization at Rosewood Services,” said Rosewood Services Executive Director Tammy Hammond. “Each one of these employees provides purpose-driven care and expertise that provides daily benefits to people with disabilities. Each of them represents years of quality service and dedication to their craft. We are proud and fortunate to have them as members of our team.”
