Fully-Licensed Service Provider

Rosewood Services is located in and around Great Bend, Kansas. Many of our locations exist among serene prairie landscapes in a country-living environment. Our spacious grounds and multiple facilities throughout Barton County serve as the foundation for case management and day services, medical and fitness services, employment mentoring, residential services and various recreational activities.

As an authorized Community Service Provider (CSP), Rosewood offers services for people with disabilities in the central Kansas area and meets and exceeds all requirements of the State. At Rosewood, we make sure each client receives optimum and personalized assistance in an environment structured to meet individual needs, assure Constitutional rights and provide the very best in services, program and community inclusion.

Case Management

As an authorized Community Service Provide, Rosewood offers services for people with developmental disabilities in the central Kansas area. Each person served receives optimum and personalized assistance in an environment structured to meet individual needs.

Individual and Residential

Whether living alone or with a small group of friends, Rosewood's goal for its residential program is to provide beautiful homes for individuals associated with the agency, geared to each person's highest possible level of independence.

Medical

Our Health Care Coordinators and Agency Nurse work closely with community physicians, psychologists, dentists and other allied health professionals to provide for the physical and mental well-being of all clients.

Employment Training Program

By providing these job training opportunities, we celebrate the unique abilities, successes and choices of people with developmental disabilities.

Community Involvement

An important part of Rosewood Services is community involvement. Rosewood clients celebrate their individual rights of self-determination and are actively encouraged to vote and otherwise participate in the community.

Life Experience Program

The Recreation Services and Life Experience Programs at Rosewood offer clients a diverse and entertaining assortment of activities in which to participate. Both group and one-on-one activities are scheduled that are tailor-made for clients.
